Most of the work we do is quoted as a fixed fee project. However we also offer on-demand support for your website.
We have two support options.
Our Priority Support Subscription model is aimed at businesses that need regular help. By paying a small monthly fee, you gain access to a discounted hourly rate, as well as other benefits like phone and email advisory and faster delivery timeframes.
Alternatively, we have a Standard Support option that is better suited for businesses that have less frequent and low urgency requests.

Priority Support Benefits
Lower hourly support fee
If you think you’ll need more than 2 hours of support each month, our discounted rate for subscribers is going to be the best option.
The alternative:
Standard Support clients pay a higher hourly rate.
Front of queue
We prioritise subscriber requests, so you’ll always be front of queue. In most situations, we’ll be working on your request within 1 business day.
The alternative:
Standard Support clients may need to wait longer, depending on our current workload.
On hand advise and consultation
Got questions about future projects, business ideas and just general website advise? This is all covered under our priority support subscription.
The alternative:
Standard Support clients can book in for a paid 1 hour phone consultations here.
Not billed prior
At the end of each month, we tally up the time spent on your support requests and consolidate it into one invoice. Meaning less admin work for everyone
The alternative:
Standard Support clients pay for a minimum of one hour up front. If the task ends up being longer, an invoice for the remaining time is sent immediately after the work is complete.
No minimum block of time
We track down to the minute the time spent on your support requests. So only pay for actual time spent on your tasks.
The alternative:
Standard Support clients are billed at hourly time blocks.
Flexibility with requests
Request support via any method. Phone, Email, SMS or even a private Slack channel, we can accomodate what work for you.
The alternative:
Standard Support clients must complete our support request form as a starting point.
