​Ad-hoc support

When you don’t need consistent help, and your website  is not business critical, our hourly ad-hoc support option is flexible, and doesn’t tie you into a monthly fee.

Monthly Maintenance

  • Maintenance to keep WordPress and plugins up to date
  • Automated backups. We backup the site database daily and the site files weekly. If the site goes down it can be reinstated to the last backup
  • Support is then charged at the hourly rate if needed
  • Minimum term is 3 months

Monthly Support and Maintenance

  • 1 hour of support per month (hours can not be accumulated over time and hours can only be used towards keeping the site functioning, not new work)

  • Minimum term is 3 months

PLEASE NOTE: These options are standard offerings, and are subject to a review of your website. After a review of your website we might find that you require a custom plan. Here are a few examples or what might trigger a custom plan:

  • You have a ‘Business critical’ websites. ie. if your website goes, does your business stop? If yes, you have a ‘business critical’ website.
  • Overly complex websites that have a large number of third party plugins
  • Websites that integrate with other websites
  • Websites not built by us
  • Legacy websites that have code bases no longer supported
  • Websites not hosted by us.
