1 hour of support per month (hours can not be accumulated over time and hours can only be used towards keeping the site functioning, not new work)
Maintenance to keep WordPress and plugins up to date
Automated backups. We backup the site database daily and the site files weekly. If the site goes down it can be reinstated to the last backup
Minimum term is 3 months
